We are looking for a confident and energetic B2C Outreach Executive to connect with patients and leads, guide registered users to book healthcare services, and support on-ground marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call B2C patients and leads regularly.
- Guide registered users to book services through EasyHealths.
- Follow up with patients and leads to convert them into bookings.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for on-ground activities.
- Collect patient leads from field activities and maintain proper records.
- Take basic vitals such as BP, sugar level, and oxygen level when required.
- Maintain daily reports in Excel.
Must-Have Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling and field coordination.
- Polite, patient-friendly, and target-oriented attitude.
Preferred Candidate:
- Prior experience in healthcare, patient calling, sales, telecalling, or field marketing will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
