Job Summary
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and key business clients. The role requires managing client portfolios, coordinating with internal teams, conducting meetings, ensuring smooth project execution, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Manage assigned client portfolios and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and project teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address client concerns.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports on client activities and relationship status.
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and client interactions.
- Travel as required to meet clients and support ongoing projects.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and project requirements.
