Job Summary
The Land Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring suitable land parcels for residential, commercial, and industrial development projects. The role involves landowner negotiations, due diligence coordination, documentation, market research, and liaison with government authorities to ensure smooth land acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential land parcels for project development.
- Conduct site visits and preliminary assessments of land suitability.
- Coordinate with landowners, brokers, consultants, and local stakeholders.
- Negotiate land purchase terms and agreements with landowners.
- Assist in title verification and legal due diligence activities.
- Coordinate with legal and revenue departments for land-related documentation.
- Collect and maintain records of ownership documents, revenue records, and approvals.
- Liaise with government authorities for land conversion, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor land market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Prepare land acquisition reports, feasibility studies, and management presentations.
- Ensure timely completion of acquisition processes and documentation.
- Maintain a database of potential land parcels and acquisition opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of land acquisition processes and real estate regulations.
- Understanding of revenue records, title documents, and land-related legal procedures.
- Ability to build relationships with landowners and government officials.
- Good analytical and market research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Relevant experience in land acquisition, real estate, liaisoning, or property transactions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
