Shift : Rotational Shifts (24X7 work environment)

We are a leading staffing firm hiring on behalf of one of our clients in the BPO sector in Mohali (Punjab). The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills and a customer-first attitude to support high-quality customer service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate call records and regularly update customer information in the CRM.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, scripts, and quality standards.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets related to call handling, productivity, and service quality.
- Deliver a positive customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
