We are looking for a professional Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office operations, answering inquiries, managing appointments, and supporting the sales and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients, visitors, and prospective buyers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for sales agents and management.
- Provide basic information about properties, projects, and company services.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and documents.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for client follow-ups when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles (experience in real estate preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
Salary depends on experience
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
