Job Responsibilities:
Ø Greet and receive visitors
Ø Maintain updated information on all activities of the hospital
Ø Consultant availability
Ø Events of the hospital
Ø Service availability and unavailability
Ø Maintain all protocols of the hospital
Ø Maintain all flyers/pamphlets of the hospital.
Ø Maintain complaint register and feedback forms.
Ø Maintain circular.
Ø Maintaining records of all the events.
Ø Maintain information on major shut downs (maintenance work, software work, bio medical equipment maintenance) which will affect customer service.
Ø Check & cross check the appointments entries in the system with secretaries
Ø Collect the duty rosters of consultants for the month.
Ø Preparing on-call rosters and sending every day to M.D & CEO, MS, Casualty, CMC, Tele.Op & all nursing stations.
Ø Provide directions to the patients and accompany attendants to the doctors or concerned places.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
