Job Title: Claims ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process insurance claims in accordance with company procedures.
- Verify claim documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients and insurance companies to facilitate timely claim processing.
- Follow up with clients and insurers for pending documents and claim settlements.
- Update and maintain claim records accurately in the claims management portal.
- Ensure all claim-related data is recorded and maintained systematically.
- Respond to customer queries and provide timely updates on claim status.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Support the team in achieving service quality and turnaround time objectives.
