Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fit-out Validation & Cutlist Engineer located in Chennai. The Fit-out Validation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed cutting lists,Cross Check the Design & Quotation collaborating with design and production teams, ensuring material optimization, and maintaining accurate records. Daily tasks include reviewing interior design plans, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that all elements meet quality and design standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing detailed cutting lists and material optimization
- Experience in collaborating with design and production teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work on-site and within tight deadlines
- Relevant experience in interior design or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
· Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
· Hands on experience with AutoCAD, Max Cut other design programs
· Communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.
