Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Generate quality leads through organic and paid marketing campaigns.
- Track and manage lead funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales and admissions team for lead follow-ups.
Content & Brand Management
- Plan content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website and social media analytics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Digital Marketing certification is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
