We are looking for proactive Computer Hardware Engineers for daily field operations. You will be responsible for visiting client sites across the Mumbai/Navi Mumbai region to troubleshoot hardware issues, deploy IT equipment, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel daily to various client locations for on-site IT support.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, laptops, and basic network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and essential software.
- Provide technical support and guidance directly to users.
- Log daily tasks and update the IT Admin on job completion status.
Requirements:
- Strong practical knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware troubleshooting.
- Comfortable with daily field travel across Mumbai.
- Good problem-solving skills and a polite attitude towards clients.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
