Job Title: Doctor (Palliative Care) – Full-Time Employee/Consultant

With a 500+ strong team, SNEHA has a proven track record in advancing health equity and community well-being.
About the Program
This program provides palliative care to people with life-limiting illness—irrespective of caste, creed, religion, or economic status—ensuring they live with dignity, comfort, and minimal pain. Care includes medical support, symptom management, counseling, and family support.
Position Overview
We are urgently hiring Doctor:
- 1 Full-time/Consultant position
The palliative care doctor will:
- Examine and evaluate patients
- Attending RPC and any other as per the requirements of the program
- Symptom management of referred patients
- OPD ward visits and visiting community rehabilitation centers
- Managing emergency calls and coordinating with hospital residents
- Conducting trainings as and when required for different stakeholders
- Giving feedback to referring doctors
- Coordinated with the Team members and guide them for the cases.
- Monitor the data daily basis and check referral case details.
- Meet with patients or caregivers in homes and medical settings.
Educational Requirement
Experience
- Minimum 1-5 years of prior hospital experience.
- Prior experience in palliative care is strongly preferred.
