Department: Corporate Communications / Digital Media Contract: Full-time
We are looking for a technically skilled Webinar & Live Streaming Engineer to manage end-to-end execution of live events, webinars, and institutional broadcasts across multiple locations. You will be responsible for setting up, streaming, and managing Zoom live sessions on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and Linkedin, ensuring seamless and professional delivery for every event.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage live streams on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and Linkedin Live — configure stream keys, RTMP settings, and backend integrations; create and manage live links prior to each event; monitor stream health and bitrate in real time.
- Set up and manage Zoom meetings and webinars including licensing, registration, and panelist coordination; integrate Zoom / MSteams / Webex with YouTube/Facebook for simultaneous multi-platform streaming; manage Q&A, polls, breakout rooms, and attendee controls.
- Conduct mandatory dry runs before every event; coordinate with speakers, moderators, and internal teams on technical requirements.
- Record all sessions and deliver edited video files; submit post-event reports covering view count, engagement metrics, peak viewers, and audience data; handle basic video editing — trimming, branding, and captioning.
- Moderate live comments across Facebook and YouTube during sessions; manage overall coordination between internal teams, speakers, and technical crew.
Skills required — 2–4 years of experience in live streaming, broadcast production, or webinar management. Strong hands-on experience with Zoom / MSteams / Webex Webinar, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and Linkedin Live. Proficiency with OBS Studio, vMix, Streamyard, Wirecast or similar streaming software. Working knowledge of RTMP/RTSP protocols, stream encoders, and CDN basics. Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Ability to analyse engagement data from YouTube Studio and Facebook Insights. Willingness to travel pan-India as required.
Good to Have — Experience with large-scale institutional or corporate events; familiarity with AV hardware (cameras, mixers, capture cards, green room setups); knowledge of social media channel management and content scheduling.
