A. Job Description - Human Resources Intern
- Assist in employee data entry and database management
- Support in HR documentation and record maintenance
- Perform basic data mapping and data validation tasks
- Update and maintain HR trackers and spreadsheets
- Assist in preparing reports using Excel
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data
B. Competencies:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related fields
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
C. Educational Qualification:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
D. Experience: 0-1 yrs experience
