The Admission Counsellor is responsible for managing the student admission process, guiding prospective parents and students, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth admission experience. The role also includes maintaining admission records, coordinating with various departments, and supporting student enrolment targets of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, emails, and online admission queries professionally.
- Counsel parents regarding the school’s curriculum, facilities, admission procedures, and fee structure.
- Conduct school tours and explain the school’s vision, academic programs, and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain and update admission records, enquiry databases, and student documentation.
- Follow up with prospective parents to support admissions and conversions.
- Coordinate admission tests, interviews, and student assessments as required.
- Assist in preparing admission reports, statistics, and MIS records.
- Ensure all admission forms and supporting documents are complete and properly verified.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth onboarding of new students.
- Support marketing and promotional activities related to admissions, events, and school campaigns.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information.
- Ensure courteous communication and high standards of parent relationship management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
