Sr. Manager – Operations
The Sr. Manager – Operations will be responsible for managing the overall operations and administration of the assigned location. The role includes ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, supervising teams, maintaining service standards, supporting admissions and revenue goals, and delivering an excellent experience to students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure effective functioning of Front Office, Counseling, Academics Coordination, Administration, and Facilities.
- Lead and supervise operational and support staff to ensure productivity and discipline.
- Monitor student and parent satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with counseling team to support admission and revenue targets.
- Manage infrastructure, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare and review MIS reports and monitor operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Academic teams for smooth execution of business activities.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in operations, administration, or branch management.
- Experience in the Education / EdTech / Service Industry will be preferred.
