Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead the complete operations and sales of our IT Development, Digital Marketing, and Creative Services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing project execution, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving operational and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee the end-to-end operations of IT Development, Digital Marketing, and Creative projects.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with Development, UI/UX, Design, Digital Marketing, Content, and QA teams.
- Allocate resources efficiently and monitor project progress.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales for IT Development, Digital Marketing, and Creative services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project estimates.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings and regular client review meetings.
- Manage client expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve project escalations and maintain strong client relationships.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor project teams across Development, Marketing, and Creative functions.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure accountability.
- Foster collaboration between technical, creative, and sales teams.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Project & Financial Management
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project profitability and resource utilization.
- Track project KPIs and submit regular management reports.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Project Management, IT Services, Digital Marketing, or a Creative Agency.
- Proven experience in operations management and business development.
- Strong understanding of Software Development, Web & Mobile Applications, Digital Marketing, Branding, UI/UX, and Creative Services.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
