Position: Social Media ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing online communities, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Develop creative content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams for content creation.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for promotional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and social media tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of video editing tools.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
Location : Goregaon
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
