- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems
- Identify faults and troubleshoot electrical problems
- Ensure proper functioning of panels, switchgear, lighting, and power systems
- Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and instruments
- Follow safety procedures and electrical codes at all times
- Assist in installation of new equipment and machinery
- Maintain tools and ensure proper usage
- Report major issues to the Electrical Supervisor or Engineer
Required Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent
- Valid Electrical License (as per state regulations, if required)
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or residential electrical work
