We are hiring a US Trucking Claims Executive with experience in the US trucking or dispatch industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle freight claims related to cargo damage, shortages, detention, layover, lumper, TONU, breakdown, and accessorial charges.
- Coordinate with carriers, dispatchers, brokers, and customers to resolve claims.
- Review and process freight documents including BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, and invoices.
- Maintain claim records and ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Work closely with operations and dispatch teams on claim-related issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the US trucking, dispatch, or logistics industry.
- Hands-on experience handling freight, cargo, detention, lumper, or accessorial claims.
- Understanding of trucking documents such as BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, and carrier packets.
- Excellent English communication and email drafting skills.
- Knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, PCS, McLeod, or similar logistics platforms is preferred.
