Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader at Delhivery, located in Kayamkulam As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily operational tasks, manage personnel, implement HR policies, and ensure effective employee relations. You will help streamline processes and maintain high standards in HR management within the team.
Qualifications
- HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Personnel Management skills
- Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience in logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
