Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive MIS Executive to support business operations through data management, quotation preparation, reporting, and communication activities within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage business data and professional communication efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build their career in management information systems, business operations, and coordination within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Quotation Preparation & Documentation
- Preparing and managing quotations using MS Excel as per business requirements. Maintaining quotation records and ensuring timely updates and revisions. Coordinating with internal teams for obtaining required information for quotations and documentation.
- Organizing and maintaining business documents, records, and digital files accurately.
Reporting & Data Management
- Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel. Managing databases, trackers, and operational records with high accuracy. Creating reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making purposes. Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and proper record maintenance across departments.
Email Communication & Coordination
- Drafting and responding to professional emails for internal and external communication. Coordinating with various departments for data collection, report generation, and documentation requirements. Assisting management with business reporting and operational coordination activities. Ensuring timely communication and smooth flow of information within the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in MIS, Data Management, Back Office Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Reporting, and Basic Formulas.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with professional email drafting abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
