Job Description:
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Manager - CAT - Loyalty to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer loyalty and engagement across assigned territories. Your primary focus will be to enhance customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. You will collaborate with various teams to implement loyalty programs and strategies that ultimately contribute to customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty within the assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement in customer retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute loyalty campaigns.
- Train and support team members to effectively communicate loyalty program benefits to clients.
- Monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on program performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor loyalty programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.

Tools and Technologies:
