Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Survey Engineer to handle quantity surveying, estimation, and billing activities for our building construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of cost analysis, billing, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of quantity take-offs and cost estimation for construction projects
- Preparation and review of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
- Certification and verification of labour and subcontractor bills
- Conduct rate analysis and cost analysis for construction works
- Reconciliation of materials used at site
- Assist in preparation and monitoring of project schedules
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for quantity verification
- Maintain proper documentation related to billing and project costs
Candidate Profile
- Must have experience in quantity surveying and billing for building construction projects
- Experience in handling subcontractor billing and material reconciliation
- Candidates who have completed at least one project from start to handover will be preferred
Education
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
