We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, and converting inquiries into admissions or sales. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about the company's products, services, or training programs.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and available offers to potential candidates.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Schedule counseling sessions, meetings, or walk-in appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates until conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with the counseling, sales, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports.
Required Qualifications
- 10+2, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Education Counseling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an IT Training Institute, Education, EdTech, or Sales environment will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
