Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Multimedia Designer with 2+ years of experience in video editing, animation, and graphic design. The candidate should be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects for animation, motion graphics, and video production.
The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging educational videos, animations, social media creatives, and marketing content. Knowledge of Hologram, 3D, and Metaverse-related content creation will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 2D animations, explainer videos, promotional videos, and educational content
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro (cutting, sequencing, transitions, sound sync, final output)
- Design motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects
- Create 2D/3D animations and motion graphics for digital platforms
- Design graphics for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Work on storyboarding, scene design, character animation, and visual storytelling
- Convert raw footage and concepts into polished animated videos
- Add text animations, effects, transitions, background music, and creative elements
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams
- Optimize content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Website
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest trends in animation, motion graphics, and digital media
Required Skills
- Strong experience in 2D Animation, Video Editing, and Graphic Design
- Good command of:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Knowledge of motion graphics, compositing, and video editing
- Understanding of storyboarding and visual storytelling
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage timelines and deliver projects on schedule
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Multimedia Designer / 2D Animator / Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro & After Effects (Mandatory)
- Strong portfolio of animation, video, and graphic design work
- Degree / Diploma / Certification in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred)
Added Advantage
Candidates with knowledge or exposure in the following areas will be preferred:
- Hologram content creation
- 3D animation or 3D design
- Metaverse-related content
- Experience with emerging digital and immersive technologies

Salary & Growth
- ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- ₹20,000 after 6 months (based on performance, learning, and attitude)
