About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and client acquisition for our IT Services business. The role involves identifying prospects, bidding on Upwork, generating leads through LinkedIn and other platforms, and creating opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Conduct initial client interactions and qualify prospects.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submissions.
- Maintain CRM and lead records.
- Work during EST overlap hours (2–3 hours).
Candidate Profile
- 1.5–2 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Upwork bidding.
- Experience in IT Services or IT Product industry is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
