About the Role
Blumox Technologies is looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecalling & Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Aleya.in, our Business CRM and Travel Agency Management Software.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with business owners, generating leads through telecalling, scheduling meetings, and visiting client offices to demonstrate our software and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
- Visit client offices to present and explain Aleya.in.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects until deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Field Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with client meetings and local travel.
- Basic knowledge of CRM or SaaS products is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Hindi and English communication.
- Confidence in face-to-face client interactions.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
