Position: Sales Relationship manager
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Location: South Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads .
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct site visits and provide detailed property information to clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and available property inventory.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused approach with good relationship management skills.
- Candidate should be residing in South Mumbai or Central Mumbai only.
