Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our Furniture & Interiors showroom. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales and a passion for helping customers choose furniture and interior solutions that suit their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and interior products.
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options.
- Generate quotations and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with design, operations, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in furniture, interiors, home décor, or retail sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing/CRM handling skills.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Furniture/Interior Industry Experience Preferred.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Food & Accommodation Provided (if applicable).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
