Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and configuration management within complex software environments.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively to provide timely resolutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various software modules and systems.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.
- Capability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve software products.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
