About the Company and Role
Vishram International Services (VIS) is a global education and workforce mobility organization that connects students, professionals, and employers to structured international opportunities.
The Counsellor is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibility of this role is to guide prospective candidates through various abroad programs, work abroad and Internship opportunities by personalized counselling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Counsel prospective students/professionals on abroad programs and eligibility requirements.
- Contact and follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Effectively utilize AI tools and automation to improve communication, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
- Conduct daily counselling sessions and maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Work on targeted calling campaigns and consistently achieve lead conversion goals.
- Research and identify new lead generation sources and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and student recruitment activities.
- Identify student requirements, recommend the most suitable study abroad or related programs, and guide them toward successful enrollment while ensuring value for both.
Qualifications
- Strong counseling and advisory skills, Communication skills with the ability to understand candidate goals and recommend suitable abroad pathways
- Basic knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and different country visa procedures for key destinations (e.g., U.S. and Europe), or a willingness to learn quickly
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and CRM or databases to manage leads, follow-ups, and applicant records
- Prior experience in abroad counseling, international education, or candidate services is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
