Job Summary
Flyvista Academy is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote our Aviation, Cabin Crew, Hospitality, and Customer Service training programs. The candidate will be responsible for generating student admissions by visiting schools, colleges, coaching institutes, educational events, and corporate organizations while building strong relationships with institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational fairs to promote Flyvista Academy courses.
- Generate quality student leads and convert them into admissions.
- Conduct career guidance sessions and seminars for students.
- Build and maintain relationships with Principals, Placement Officers, Counselors, and educational consultants.
- Arrange campus drives, promotional activities, and admission campaigns.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update lead details in the CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Telecalling team for lead follow-ups.
- Represent the academy professionally during field visits and events.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Education Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Confidence in meeting students, parents, and institutional representatives.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
