- Surveillance: Continuously monitor multiple CCTV camera feeds for suspicious behaviour, potential crimes like theft or vandalism, and other security breaches. • Incident Response: React to emergencies by dispatching relevant security staff or emergency services, and providing them with accurate information from the footage. • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of all monitored activities, incidents, and camera operations, ensuring footage is correctly stored and retrievable. • Equipment Operation: Understand and operate the CCTV system's hardware and software, including controlling camera positions and managing recording functions. • Communication: Report issues and suspicious activities to supervisors, security teams, or law enforcement as required.
