We are India’s most loved brand in our segment. Our journey began from a 10X10 feet store, driven by the realization that there were very few options available to fulfill the fashion requirements of plus-size beauties. Often, they were greeted with the disheartening statement:
“INKA SIZE TOH YAHA NAHI MILEGA”
Starting from an Instagram page with an initial investment of INR 50,000, we have faced numerous challenges to enhance our skills and build a happy customer base. Today, we are a rapidly growing team of 50+ people, supported by a dedicated production team. We have a trusted customer base of 2.5 lakh women and a strong presence on all major social media platforms, with 400K followers on Instagram and 59K on Facebook.
What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an experienced Video Editor with a minimum 1 year of experience. Person will be responsible for creating engaging videos using the following but not limited to: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and Photoshop. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio and excellent thought process.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Editing:
- Edit raw footage to create compelling and visually appealing videos.
- Add transitions, effects, and music to enhance the overall quality and storytelling.
- Color correction and grading to achieve desired visual styles.
Collaborate:
- Work closely with Managers, and key stakeholders to understand their requirements and goals.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as graphic designers, social media & Marketing Team and others to ensure a cohesive final product.
- Work with the entire Content team for successful implementation of all kinds of photoshoots.
- Plan, execute & manage photoshoots with the Content Team.
- Work on content ideas for all events & new launches.
Technical Tasks:
- Manage and organize video files and assets.
- Export videos in various formats and resolutions as needed.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing software and equipment.
Stay Updated:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and technologies.
Who You Are:
:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or related field (preferred).
- Graduates with any stream can also apply.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in video editing work is must.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Video Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects
- Image Editing Software: Adobe Photoshop
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolutions
- Creative Skills: Ability to visualize and create engaging video content.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with Internal and external team members, and stakeholders.
