Job Summary
We are hiring an Electrician Helper to assist electricians and technicians in solar panel installation, electrical wiring, maintenance, and related site activities. The candidate should be physically fit, willing to work on-site, and capable of supporting installation and maintenance work efficiently.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist electricians in solar panel installation and electrical works.
- Support cable laying, conduit work, wiring, and panel mounting activities.
- Help in installation of inverters, junction boxes, and electrical components.
- Carry tools, equipment, and materials required for site work.
- Assist in testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar systems.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of tools and materials at site.
- Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment during work.
- Load and unload materials at project sites.
- Support senior technicians during inspections and maintenance visits.
- Perform basic electrical and helper duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of electrical work is preferred.
- Ability to work at outdoor project sites.
- Physically fit and willing to travel for site work if required.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Teamwork and good work attitude.
Qualification
- ITI Electrician / Helper experience preferred.
- SSLC/Plus Two can also apply.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
