Key Responsibilities
-Social Media Management
* Manage and grow the brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
* Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
* Publish, schedule, and optimize content across social channels.
* Monitor community engagement, comments, and messages, ensuring timely responses.
* Track industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
-Content Creation & Strategy
* Develop engaging content ideas for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website content.
* Write compelling captions, product copy, campaign messaging, and brand communication.
* Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and influencers to create high-quality content.
* Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels.
-Reels & Video Content
* Plan and execute Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.
* Participate in content shoots and coordinate content production.
* Identify trending formats, audio, and creative concepts to improve reach and engagement.
-Influencer & Community Management
* Support influencer outreach and collaboration activities.
* Build relationships with creators and brand advocates.
* Manage community engagement initiatives and user-generated content opportunities.
-Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor content and social media performance.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports on engagement, reach, audience growth, and campaign performance.
* Recommend improvements based on data and insights.
-Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
* Strong content writing and communication skills.
* Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms.
* Ability to create content calendars and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with Canva and social media management tools.
* Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital content trends.
-Preferred Experience
* Experience in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Brands.
* Exposure to influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
* Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
* Photography, videography, or video editing skills will be an added advantage.
