Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for Fire Fighting, Electrical, and MEP projects.
* Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
* Prepare techno-commercial bids and tender submissions.
* Perform quantity take-offs from AutoCAD drawings.
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations.
* Prepare rate analysis and cost comparisons.
* Identify project risks and ensure timely tender submission.
* Coordinate with the sales, design, and project execution teams.
* Maintain tender documentation and estimation records.
Required Skills:
* Experience in Fire Fighting, Electrical, or MEP Estimation
* Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation
* Tender documentation and bid preparation
* AutoCAD proficiency
* MS Excel and estimation tools
* Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* 3–8 years of relevant experience in tendering and estimation.
* Experience in Fire Fighting, Electrical, or MEP projects is mandatory.
* Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
