Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an at our New Delhi location. The Telecaller will provide guidance and support to prospective and current students by conducting counseling sessions, offering academic and career advice, and assisting in course selection. The role also involves understanding the unique needs of students, ensuring they meet their educational and career goals, and maintaining updated knowledge of institutional programs. Collaboration with colleagues and updating student progress records will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students and colleagues
- Background in education or academic settings
- Ability to empathize with and support students from diverse backgrounds
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
