Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support the Accounts department in managing daily financial records, coordinating with banks, and assisting with documentation and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update daily accounting records and transactions
* Assist in billing, invoicing, and voucher entries
* Coordinate with banks for deposits, payments, and documentation
* Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records
* Assist senior accountants in day-to-day accounting tasks
* Prepare basic reports using MS Excel
* Coordinate with internal departments for account-related queries
Requirements:
* Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Commerce Graduate
* Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
* Good coordination and communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation
* Honest, responsible, and organized
Experience:
* 0-3 years of experience in accounting or related field
* Freshers with basic accounting knowledge can also apply
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
