Working Days & Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Alternate Saturdays and all Sundays off.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in business development, field sales, partnerships, or community outreach.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to travel extensively within Mumbai and nearby areas.
· Experience working with startups, NGOs, incubation centers, CSR projects, or social enterprises will be preferred.
· Passion for women empowerment, entrepreneurship development, and social impact.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Existing network in startup ecosystems, educational institutions, NGOs, or business communities. Candidates from airline industry also welcomed.
· Experience in field marketing or institutional partnerships.
· Fluency in Marathi is an advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
