Lets Visa Tourism LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the tourism, travel, or visa industry and be confident in handling clients, generating leads, and closing sales.
This role requires strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to understand client travel requirements and recommend suitable visa and tourism solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for visa and tourism services
- Convert leads into confirmed clients through effective communication and follow-ups
- Advise clients on travel packages, visa services, and related offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of client applications
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa policies, and tourism services
- Respond to client queries through phone, email, and messaging platforms professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in tourism, travel, or visa sales is required
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in dealing with clients and closing sales
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates
