Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 10+ years of expertise in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sector. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment, develop strategic hiring initiatives, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with business leaders to fulfill manpower requirements across plants, corporate functions, and technical departments. The candidate should have extensive experience hiring for blue-collar, white-collar, and leadership roles while ensuring an efficient, compliant, and data-driven recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant, corporate, engineering, production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, finance, HR, sales, and leadership roles.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans.
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical and niche manufacturing positions.
- Manage sourcing through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and networking.
- Drive lateral and leadership hiring across multiple business locations.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business heads and plant leadership to understand workforce requirements.
- Act as a strategic recruitment advisor to hiring managers.
- Conduct manpower planning discussions and recruitment forecasting.
Recruitment Operations
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage interview scheduling, salary negotiations, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Improve candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Employer Branding
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Build relationships with technical institutes, engineering colleges, and industry associations.
- Organize campus recruitment drives and recruitment campaigns.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.
- Allocate hiring priorities and monitor team performance.
- Coach recruiters on sourcing strategies and stakeholder management.
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Standardize recruitment processes and implement best practices.
- Drive automation and ATS utilization for recruitment efficiency.

- Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
