Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern
Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on skills and interview performance)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern who is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and content writing skills and be eager to learn and contribute to building our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Create engaging and creative content, including captions, posts, stories, and reels.
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Write compelling content aligned with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages professionally.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creatives and campaigns.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to improve brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Pursuing or Completed) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in handling social media accounts (personal, freelance, internship, college projects, or professional) is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT is an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
