Key Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Scouting & shortlisting
- Oversee the end to end Influencer scouting process from understanding briefs to shortlisting the right creators based on the campaign objectives, audience demographics and brand tonality.
- Develop data- driven frameworks for evaluating Influencers (reach, engagement, audience quality, authenticity and relevance)
- Ensure strong database management and categorization across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.
- Maintain an updated network of influencers across categories ( Fashion, lifestyle, tech, food, fitness, etc)
2. Campaign Planning & Strategy Collaboration
- Plan, execute and monitor influencer campaigns, partner closely with the strategy.
- Work closely with the pricing & operations to align influencer selection with budgets, deliverables and timelines.
- Coordinate end to end influencer campaigns, from outreach to negotiation, briefing and content approvals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in influencer marketing.
- Strong Knowledge of social media platforms and Influencers landscape.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and adapt to a fast paced e- commerce environment.
- Good connection with Influencers ( Nano, Micro & Macro)
- Deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem,social media trends, content formats across major platforms.
- Proficiency with Influencer analytics and scouting tools & excel/google sheets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
