Job Title: Maths and Science Teacher - Middle School
Job Summary:
A Maths and Science Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that help students develop strong mathematical and scientific knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The teacher creates a positive learning environment, assesses student progress, and supports students' academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver Maths and Science lessons according to the curriculum.
- Explain concepts using interactive teaching methods and practical demonstrations where appropriate.
- Assess student learning through assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and performance.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Encourage curiosity, logical thinking, and scientific inquiry.
- Prepare students for examinations and academic competitions.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and promote discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification or certification (as required by local regulations).
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics and Science subjects.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students with diverse learning needs.

Experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
