Role Overview:
The Order Execution Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of customer orders, ensuring timely processing, coordination, and delivery. The role requires close collaboration with sales, purchase, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete lifecycle of orders from receipt to final delivery
- Coordinate with Sales Team for order confirmation, specifications, and timelines
- Work closely with Purchase & Production Teams to ensure material availability and production planning
- Track order progress and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks
- Coordinate with Logistics & Shipping Team for dispatch planning and documentation
- Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and invoices
- Communicate regular updates to clients regarding order status
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and on-time delivery
- Continuously improve order execution processes and systems

- Familiarity with export documentation (preferred)
- Proficiency in ERP systems / Excel / order management tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in order execution / operations / supply chain roles
- Experience in export-oriented companies will be an added advantage
Preferred Experience (Good to Have):
- Experience in FMCG / Food / Organic products industry
- Knowledge of international shipping, certifications, and compliance
- Exposure to multi-country order handling
