Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Lead Management & Class Coordinator to handle student inquiries, manage leads, and ensure smooth coordination of online classes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to incoming leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments
- Maintain and update lead data
- Coordinate class schedules between students and instructors
- Ensure timely communication regarding class timings, updates, and changes
- Track attendance and ensure smooth daily class operations
