Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations at all active construction sites.
- Supervise and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
- Monitor progress of multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
- Ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and client specifications are met.
- Resolve site-level issues involving vendors, labour contractors, engineers, and clients.
- Lead procurement planning and support in finalizing major material suppliers and contractors.
- Maintain strong relations with clients, consultants, and local authorities.
- Manage labour and admin coordination through site managers.
- Review daily reports, progress updates, and submit MIS to senior management.
- Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency, cost control, and material tracking.
- Ensure compliance with government norms, labour laws, and site regulations.
- Represent the company in client meetings and project review discussions.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction project management or site operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills across multiple sites.
- In-depth knowledge of civil construction (residential, commercial, hospitality projects).
- Proven experience in labour/vendor coordination, admin handling, and procurement.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in Excel, project tracking tools, and reporting.
- Language: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi; English preferred.
