Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our shop. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Sell glass, plywood, hardware, fittings, and related materials.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate billing with accounts team.
- Follow up with customers for orders and payments.
- Maintain product display and showroom cleanliness.
- Build good relationships with contractors, carpenters, and builders.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone and WhatsApp.
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of glass, plywood, or hardware products preferred.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (billing).
- Ability to work in a team.
Qualification
- Plus Two / Degree (preferred).
- Experience in showroom or retail sales is an advantage.
- Experience
- 1-2 years experience preferred.
(Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Salary
₹10000-₹12000 (Based on experience)
Working Hours
8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
