About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to ensure the smooth execution of daily business operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate across departments, streamline internal processes, monitor project execution, and support leadership in driving operational excellence. This role requires strong organizational skills, ownership, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities across departments.
- Ensure projects move smoothly from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Maintain operational documentation, trackers, and reports.
Process Management
- Develop, implement, and improve operational workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Standardize operating procedures to enhance productivity.
Project Monitoring
- Track project timelines, milestones, and completion status.
- Follow up with teams on pending tasks and deliverables.
- Escalate operational challenges to management when required.
Administrative Support
- Schedule meetings and maintain operational calendars.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
- Organize company records, files, and internal documentation.
Client & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate communication with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Ensure timely execution of commitments and follow-ups.
- Maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist management with operational planning and data analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Finance, and HR teams.
- Support organizational initiatives and special projects.
- Ensure seamless communication across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional organizational skills may also be considered.
